1. Black raisins

Black raisins contain antioxidants, which are good for skin and hair health. They also contain L-arginine and antioxidants, which are rich in iron. They improve blood flow to the uterus and ovaries.

2. Almonds

Almonds are rich in protein, fibre, vitamin E, calcium, copper, magnesium and riboflavin, iron, potassium, zinc and vitamin B. They lower cholesterol, control blood pressure and are good for brain health. Apart from this, manage blood sugar levels and reduce the risk of cancer.

3. Dates

Dates are rich in nutrients like selenium, manganese, magnesium and iron. Eating this gives instant energy, skin glows, good sleep at night and bones remain healthy.

4. Pistachios
