Step 1

In such a situation, if you also want to get this done, then for this you will first have to go to the Aadhaar Seva Center with your husband.

Step 2
You have to go to the center and take the correction form.
In this, you have to fill in your full name, Aadhaar number, mobile number, and other information.
Also, in this form, tell what changes you want to make to the Aadhar card, like - surname.

Step 3
After this, fill out the form and attach copies of some related documents (husband's Aadhar card and marriage certificate, etc.)
Then you have to go to the concerned officer with this form, where your surname will be updated.

Step 4
Now your biometrics is taken and the photo is also clicked.
Your items are then updated by checking your form information.
The fee is then charged and your new surname is updated within a few days.
