Step 1
If you also want to know whether your Ayushman will be made or not, then for this you will have to first check your eligibility.
In such a situation, you have to first go to the official portal of the scheme https://pmjay.gov.in/
Step 2
Here you will see many options, but you have to click on 'Am I Eligible'
After clicking on this you have to enter your registered mobile number.
A one-time password i.e. OTP will come on the filled mobile number.
Step 3
Now if OTP has come on your mobile number, enter it.
Then you will see two options in front of you
Where you have to select your state in the first option.
Whereas, in the second option, you have to search by entering your ration card and registered mobile number.
Step 4
After this you will know whether you are eligible for the scheme or not
If you are eligible, then you can get your Ayushman card made by visiting the nearest public service center, after which you start getting the benefit of free treatment.
