In today's time, a PAN card is a very important document. Be it opening a bank account, checking CIBIL score, taking a loan or making a credit card, filing an income tax return, etc. For other such works, you need a PAN card. But if it ever gets stolen or lost, what will you do? Can it be made again? The answer is yes, PAN card can be made again if it is lost or stolen. So let us know what is its method. In case of loss or theft, a PAN card can be made like this:-
Step 1
If your PAN card is also stolen or lost, you do not have to worry.
You can get it re-made, for which you will have to visit the official website of NSDL onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/ReprintEPan.html
Step 2
Here you have to fill in information like your PAN number, Aadhaar number, and date of birth.
Then fill in the captcha code given on the screen and click on submit.
Then a screen will appear, which will have all your information.
Step 3
Then confirm your address and pin code here
Now after address verification, an OTP will come on your mobile number.
You have to enter this OTP and after that, you have to make an online payment.
Step 4
You have to pay Rs 50 online
After this you will be asked for some information, fill it in.
Then you will get a slip, keep it safe and your PAN card will arrive at your address.
