For this, you have to go to the official portal of the scheme pmjay.gov.in
Here you will see the option 'Am I Eligible', on which you have to click

Then you have to enter your mobile number and an OTP will come on this number.
After this, you have to fill in the OTP, after which two options will appear in front of you.
Here you have to select your state in the first option
Step 3
Then you have to enter your ration card number and 10-digit mobile number in the second option.
After entering these you have to search
After doing this you will know about your eligibility.
