Ingredients for making Mirchi Pakora
Big green chili which is less spicy, boiled potatoes, half cup gram flour, celery, salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, mango powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, fennel powder, finely chopped coriander, and oil.

How to make Aloo Mirch Pakodas
Step 1- To make pakoras, first wash the chilies and wipe them dry with a cloth.
Step 2- Make an incision in the chili and take out the seeds inside.
Step 3- Boil the potatoes, cool them, peel them and mash them.
Step 4- Add salt, red chili powder, and other spices as per taste to the boiled potatoes and mix well.
Step 5- Add finely chopped coriander to the potatoes.
Step 6- Keep this mixture aside and prepare the gram flour batter.
Step 7- Add light salt and other spices in gram flour, remember that the ratio of spices in potato and gram flour should not be too much.
Step 8- The gram flour batter should not be too thin or thick.
Step 9- Fill the potato mixture inside the chili where there is a cut in it.
Step 10- Meanwhile, heat oil in the pan.
Step 11- Now dip the potato-filled chili in gram flour solution and put it in hot oil.
Step 12- Fry slowly from all sides on low flame.
Step 13-Potato Bhari Mirch Pakodas are ready, serve it with chutney.
