Apart from this, a survey was conducted among the people working in the office. In this survey, employees were asked whether they take a nap in between work. A large number of employees believe that they take a nap while working in the office. This helps in removing fatigue and increases their working capacity and also keeps their health good.
Genius consultant conducted survey
Genius Consultant, a company providing employee solutions and human resource services, has conducted this survey. Genius Consultant released a report after the survey. It said that the practice of 'Inemuri' has been going on in Japan for a long time, which also includes taking a nap during working time.
Sign of healthy work culture
Genius Consultant has said in the report that doing this is necessary for a healthy work culture. About 94 percent of the employees surveyed believe that it is necessary to take a nap during work. Only 3 percent disagreed with this.
Rest between working hours
The report further said that employees want rest between working hours so that stress can be relieved. This survey was conducted in different professions and institutions. Employees from sectors ranging from banking to engineering, education to IT and media to logistics were included in this survey. This survey of about 1,207 employees was conducted between September 25 and October 27.
