1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup gram flour
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 tsp carom seeds
Salt as per taste

- First of all, add wheat flour, gram flour, 1 tablespoon oil, turmeric powder, carom seeds, and salt in a vessel and mix.
Now add water little by little and knead a tight dough.
- Keep the dough aside for 20-25 minutes.
- After the stipulated time, knead the dough well with the help of hands.
- Now make a big ball of dough.
Now roll the dough into a square shape.
- With the help of a knife, cut the dough into squares. Then cut it into triangular shapes.
Make marks in between with the help of a fork.
Similarly, roll out all the dough and cut it.
- Now keep the oil in the pan on medium flame to heat.
As soon as the oil is hot, add the nachos and fry them until they turn golden brown.
Similarly, fry all the nachos and take them out on a plate. Crispy nachos are ready.
