We are not assigning you any big tasks. All you have to do is use mustard oil available in your kitchen. Mustard oil will deeply nourish your cracked feet thus softening your cracked feet in summer. Mustard oil rich in Vitamin E hydrates the skin from within. This can help you fill up cracks in your heels.

Apply mustard oil and raw turmeric

Turmeric is known for its antioxidant properties which can help reduce irritation or pain. Its antiseptic properties can help in wound healing. If you also have pain in your ankles, then mustard oil and turmeric can give you relief from it.

Ingredients required-

  • 1 tbsp raw turmeric
  • half cup mustard oil

Method to prepare and apply-

  • First heat mustard oil and then heat raw turmeric as well.
  • Transfer the hot oil to a bowl and grate raw turmeric into it. Mix both things.
  • Massage it by applying it on your feet and then wear socks and leave it overnight.
  • Wash your feet in the morning and then moisturize your heels with warm mustard oil.

Apply desi ghee and mustard oil

Desi ghee also softens the skin and is a good moisturizer that penetrates deeply. Ghee and mustard oil both can be an effective way to heal your cracked heels. If you have pain in your ankles due to cracks, ghee helps in reducing it.

Ingredients required-

  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 2 tbsp desi ghee

Method to prepare and apply-

  • First heat the mustard oil and then heat the ghee separately and mix it.
  • If you want, you can also add a little turmeric to it. Mix everything and apply it on your feet.
  • Apply it thoroughly on the cracks and leave it overnight wearing socks.
  • If you want to wash your feet the next day, you can moisturize again, otherwise, you do not need to wash your feet.

These tips can help in curing cracked heels by removing the dryness of your feet. You don't need a lot of frills. If you do not get relief even after this, then do contact the doctor once.
