Material :
1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 2 tsp chaat masala, 2 tbsp cashew nut coarse, 2 tbsp gram flour, 1 tsp tea leaves, 2 onions finely chopped, 1 piece ginger finely chopped, 500 grams mushroom Chopped, 5 cloves garlic finely chopped, some green coriander, 4 green chilies finely chopped, 3 tbsp desi ghee
Method :
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add onions to it and fry till golden brown. Add cashews and fry. Fry green chilies. Mix garlic. Add ginger. Add mushrooms and salt and fry. When the water dries, take it off the flame.
-Grind it in the mix and keep it in a vessel. Add gram flour to it. Make a well in the center of it and set a small bowl. Keep burning embers in it and put desi ghee on top and cover the lid immediately when the smoke rises.
-Remove the lid for some time and prepare kebabs from the mixture. Fry the kebabs in a pan with ghee, turning them upside down. Serve with raw onion rings and lemon.
