Chamomile oil
If you have muscle pain, massage the affected area with chamomile essential oil. It has anti-inflammatory properties, which easily cures insomnia, muscle cramps, fever, cold and flu, etc. Its tea can also be made and drunk easily.
Snow shoveling
To get rid of the pain in the muscles of the legs, you can apply ice. If there is internal swelling in the muscles due to the fomentation of ice, then it will also give relief. You have to foment 15 to 20 minutes with ice on the feet. Take an ice pack for fomentation or wrap ice in a handkerchief or a small towel and press it lightly on the feet. If you want, you can also use a bag of frozen peas for fomentation.
Use of turmeric
Turmeric can also provide relief from muscle pain. You can apply it and eat it too. If you want to apply turmeric to the place where you are having pain, then you should mix turmeric, lime, onion paste, and mustard oil and tie that place with a cloth in such a way that the wind does not blow. On the other hand, if you want to consume turmeric, then mix a pinch of turmeric and a pinch of black pepper in a cup of milk and eat it before going to bed at night. Apple vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is another great remedy to relieve muscle pain. It also has anti-inflammatory and alkalizing properties that help reduce pain and swelling. First of all, pour lukewarm water into your bathtub and add two cups of apple cider vinegar to it. Now sit in this tub for 15 to 20 minutes. Use this process daily until your muscles are relaxed. Apart from this, you can drink one teaspoon of apple vinegar and one teaspoon of honey mixed in warm water. Make sure to use this mixture once daily for a week.
Garlic
If you are feeling pain or strain in the muscles of the shoulders, legs, arms, or any part of the body, then massage with warm garlic oil. For this, put two to three cloves of garlic in mustard oil and cook it. Massage the painful area with this oil. The pain and strain will start to subside. The allicin element present in garlic reduces pain.
Ginger

Peppermint

Rosemary
Fresh and dried rosemary leaves have anti-inflammatory properties that help provide quick relief from muscle inflammation and pain. For this, put three handfuls of dried rosemary leaves in eight cups of water. Now keep it for boiling. After boiling, remove it from the flame and leave it like this for 20 minutes. Keep this mixture on your affected areas for 15 minutes. Make sure to use the mixture two to three times a day.
