-People who suffer from motion sickness should never read books or magazines while travelling, doing so can make the mind wander too much.
-Never eat too much before going on a journey, this increases the risk of indigestion which can cause vomiting.
-Never sit on the back seat of a bus or car because the jerk is felt more here, which can increase motion sickness.
-If you are traveling in a train, bus or a big car, then sit facing the same direction in which the vehicle is moving, sitting in the opposite direction can cause dizziness.
