Garlic and Fennel Detox Drink
Start the day with celery, fennel water and 1 clove of garlic. Since garlic has anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. Hence it is a super detox food, which is essential for liver enzymes, the formation of glutathione in the body and detoxification.
When you eat garlic, it stimulates the liver to release detoxifying enzymes, which clean your breath and digestive system. The best way is to crush a garlic clove and swallow it with a glass of water at any time of the day or add chopped garlic to vegetables.
Detox drink of celery and fennel
The combination of celery and fennel water works as a natural cleanser for the body. It clears a blocked nose by expelling mucus. To make a detox drink, put 1 tablespoon of celery in water and boil for some time. Then consume it. Drinking it daily helps in treating colds and fevers. It keeps the body warm to protect it from cold winds during winter.
Detox drink made from apple juice
Apple juice and apple smoothies are not only tasty but also good for your health. The fibre present in it cleans the colon and detoxifies the system.
Apples are good for lung health. Therefore, it is important to control respiratory problems, especially asthma.
Detox drink made from neem leaves
Neem leaf water is anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory, which boosts the immune system. Neem leaf water has cleansing properties, which remove toxins from the body and improve liver functions.
Also, drink an adequate amount of water throughout the day during increased pollution. Being the elixir of life, water flushes out all the toxins from the body.
Drinking Amla or Aloe Vera water in the morning also provides anti-oxidants to the body and strengthens immunity. Being rich in essential vitamins like Vitamin C, it fights pollution during the festive season and detoxifies the body.
