Material :
Moong dal, green chilies, garlic, semolina or rice flour, green or purple cabbage, carrots, coriander, and optional spinach, capsicum, and onion.

Highly nutritious, rich in protein, and packed with lots of vegetables, these waffles will be loved by not only kids but everyone. Eat them like this or with chutney. And if you do not have a waffle machine to make them, you can also make chillas. It can be taken at breakfast or even at dinner.

First of all, put a cup of soaked whole moong dal in a mixer jar and then grind it by adding green chilies, garlic, and a little water. Keep in mind that it's not too wet batter should be made. Then one-fourth cup of semolina or rice flour or gram flour can be used in it. (If desired, one-fourth cup of soaked rice can also be mixed with moong while grinding.) Mix it well in the batter and leave it for about 20 minutes. Now beat it well with your hands and make it light.

Now add salt as per taste to it, then add green and purple cabbage, carrot, and coriander and if desired add spinach too. Then add some onion and capsicum and mix the batter well.
