Let us also tell you the easy method of making this special pagoda, so that you can also enjoy it in the rainy season. Make it and serve it with green coriander chutney and ginger tea, so that its taste increases manifold.

Ingredients
Moong dal (washed) - 1 cup
Green chili - 2-3 (finely chopped)
Ginger - 1 inch piece (grated)
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt - according to taste
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Oil - for frying

Method
To make moong dal pakoras, first, soak moong dal in water for 2-3 hours. When the dal is well soaked, drain its water and dry it. Keep in mind that there should be no water left in it, otherwise the pakora paste will become thin.
After draining the water and drying the dal, put it in the mixer and grind it coarsely. Add green chili, ginger, coriander leaves, salt, red chili powder, cumin seeds, and asafoetida to the ground moong dal and mix well.

After mixing everything well, heat the oil in a pan. When the oil is well heated, pour the mixture in the shape of pakoras into the hot oil. Flip the pakoras frequently and fry them until they turn golden on all sides.

When they turn golden on all sides, remove the fried pakoras from the oil and place them on a napkin so that the excess oil drains out. After this, serve the pakoras hot with green chutney or tomato sauce during the rainy season. If you get ginger tea with it, the taste of the pakoras will also increase.
