Ingredients to make Corn Cheese
Bhutte (sweet corn) kernels – 2 cups
Coconut grated - 2 tbsp
Grated ginger – 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Green chili chopped - 2
Rai - 1/2 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
green coriander
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
oil - as required
salt - as per taste

How to make Corn Cheese
Amid drizzling rain, the corn case looks very tasty. To make this, first take good quality corn. Now heat water in a vessel and boil it by adding corn. After boiling the corn for 10 minutes, the grains will become soft. After this, take out the corn from the water and let it cool for some time. After this, grate the corn with the help of a grater or take out the kernels and grind it coarsely in the mixer.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it. After the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and fry for a few seconds. When the spices start crackling, add asafoetida, finely chopped green chillies and grated ginger and sauté while stirring. During this, keep the gas flame slow. After this, put grated corn in the pan and mix it with the spices while stirring with a spoon. After roasting for some time, when the color of the mixture starts changing, add milk to it.

Now cover the pan and let the cheese cook for some time. Keep stirring it in between with the help of a spoon. When the mixture becomes thick, add salt according to taste and mix, then turn off the gas after adding lemon juice. Flavorful Corn Cheese is ready. Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish it with finely chopped green coriander leaves and grated coconut.
