  • Spinach - 100 grams,
  • Flour - 1 cup,
  • Salt to taste,
  • Oil - 1/2 teaspoon,
  • Noodles - 1 packet,
  • Cabbage - 1/2 cup,
  • Paneer - 4 pieces,
  • Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon

Method :

  • First of all, wash the spinach well. After this, grind it in the mixer by adding some water.
  • Then knead the dough by adding flour, salt, and oil to it. Cover and keep it set for a while.
  • To make Maggi, heat a cup of water in a pan, and add Maggi and Maggi masala to it. Cook for two to three minutes and dry slightly. Remove in a bowl and leave to cool.
  • Mix cabbage, paneer, and black pepper powder in another bowl and add Maggi to it and mix well.
  • Make balls of the kneaded flour. After that roll out this dough and cut it into a round shape with a small bowl. Fill Maggi in it and pack it well.
  • Fill Maggi in all the momos like this and close it.
  • Heat water in a cooker and place a plate with momos on it. Cover it and leave it to cook in steam for 6-8 minutes.
  • After that take it out. Green Maggi momos are ready.
