You must have noticed that no matter what the problem is, we are often advised to drink water. Our body is also made of water and due to its deficiency, we suffer from many diseases. Drinking water not only cleans your stomach, but its benefits are also visible on your skin.

Benefits of drinking fenugreek and dry grapes water

Fenugreek contains protein, fat, carbohydrate, calcium, iron, folic acid, vitamins A, C, K, and B, manganese, magnesium, potassium, copper, zinc, fibre and water. It is a wonderful Ayurvedic herb that provides many health benefits. Fenugreek helps you in controlling diabetes and provides relief from constipation.

Fenugreek seeds contain a good amount of insoluble fibre, which is important for good digestion. It removes toxins from the body and helps in improving metabolism. And helps get rid of accumulated toxins. At the same time, it also controls your blood sugar level which is linked to both weight gain and management.

According to Ayurveda, Munakka is hot in nature. Therefore it is good to consume it in winter. Apart from Vitamin A, C, B6, and folate, many types of minerals like potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium and selenium are also found in it. Not only this, raisins also help in preventing heart-related diseases. It is also considered good for constipation, blood pressure, eyes and boosting immunity.

How to prepare fenugreek and raisin water-

Soak 1/4 fenugreek and 1 teaspoon of raisins in 1 glass of water overnight. In the morning, heat this water in a pan and filter it and if you want, you can also add lemon juice to it. Consume it on an empty stomach. You can drink water even without heating it. Soaked fenugreek can be used in food. At the same time, eat raisins.

Should one drink fenugreek and raisin water daily?

I drink this water every other day. It is advisable to drink fenugreek water every day, but since you are including raisins in it and it has a hot nature, consume it on alternate days. Also, keep in mind that the quantity of fenugreek should not be too much. Excessive quantities of fenugreek can cause problems like nausea, headache, and dysentery.

These changes were seen in my body after drinking fenugreek and dry grapes water-

  • Drinking fenugreek and dry grapes water improved my digestion a lot. I often used to suffer from indigestion, but I felt the difference in just 20 days.
  • Drinking this water keeps my stomach very light. I have problems with bloating and gas, which have been controlled significantly by taking this.
  • Some time ago I had blood tests done, in which my cholesterol level was increased. When I got tested after drinking this water for 20 days, my cholesterol came back completely normal.
  • By exercising and drinking water regularly, I also noticed a reduction in my weight. Along with this, the heaviness I felt. That doesn't happen either.
