  • For this, first of all sit in Sukhasana.
  • During this, sit straight and keep the spine straight.
  • Join the thumbs of both hands.
  • After this join the fingers of both hands.
  • While doing this, bring the hands outwards.
  • Make a V-shaped shape.
  • Bring it near your lower stomach.
  • Hold your breath for some time.
  • After some time, exhale and slowly come out of this posture.
