Trimurti Mudra in Menopause for Good Digestion
- For this, first of all sit in Sukhasana.
- During this, sit straight and keep the spine straight.
- Join the thumbs of both hands.
- After this join the fingers of both hands.
- While doing this, bring the hands outwards.
- Make a V-shaped shape.
- Bring it near your lower stomach.
- Hold your breath for some time.
