Whether it is a wedding or a festival, women of all ages apply henna on their hands and feet. Mehndi is said to be the most important item of women's makeup. Now readymade henna cones are available in the market, which can be bought for a few rupees and applied henna. It is easy to buy this cone, but many times the color of the henna does not get better. If you want to get a dark color of mehndi, then try to mix and prepare mehndi at home. Along with this, you can adopt home remedies told by grandmothers to thicken the color of mehndi. In today's article, we are going to tell you about some such home remedies, by adopting which you can darken the color of your henna.

Use tea leaf water
If you are going to dissolve your henna, then dissolve it in tea leaf water instead of plain water. This will make the color of Mehndi very dark. For this, you will get ground henna in the market at low prices.

Lemon juice
To darken the color of the henna, mix 3 to 4 teaspoons of lemon juice while dissolving the henna. This will also change the color of the mehndi.

Vicks
If the color of your henna is not dark then you can use Vicks. For this, first, apply henna on your hands. When you get rid of it, apply Vicks to your hands for some time. Do not wet your hands before applying Vicks.

Clove
After the henna dries, put cloves on a griddle and when smoke starts coming out of it, then roast your hands with this smoke. This will make the color of your mehndi thick.

Mustard oil
For the thick color of mehndi, first apply mehndi on your hands. When it dries, remove the henna from the hands and apply mustard oil to it.
