Material :
2 cups semolina
a cup of curd
a finely chopped onion
two finely chopped green chilies
finely chopped coriander
finely chopped ginger
7-8 finely chopped curry leaves
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
half a teaspoon sweet soda
salt to taste
oil for frying

Method :
First of all, mix all the ingredients including semolina, ginger, green chili, onion, and cumin in a vessel and mix well.

Now add water to this mixture and make a thick batter.

Now mix sweet soda in this batter and keep it like this for some time.

After this, apply oil in your hands and make this batter in the shape of a vada.

Now heat oil in a pan and fry the prepared vadas till they become crispy golden.

Crispy medu vada of semolina is ready. Serve it hot with chutney or sambar.
