How to do Mandukasana
- First of all, spread a mat in a calm environment and sit in Vajrasana.
- Now take a deep breath.
- Make fists of both your hands and take them near your navel.
- Place your fist near the navel and thigh in such a way that the fingers are towards your stomach.
- While exhaling, bend the body forward.
- Rest your chest on your thighs.
- Do not put too much pressure on the navel while bending.
- In this posture, hold your breath keep your head and neck raised and look like a frog.
- Now inhale and come back upwards and relax.
- You can do this four to five times according to your capacity.
Know the benefits of Mandukasana
By doing Mandukasana, the amount of insulin in the body increases. It improves the efficiency of the pancreas due to which blood sugar levels can be controlled. Therefore it is considered beneficial for diabetic patients. By doing this asana, belly fat also burns and makes you slim and trim.
