After marriage, most men want to become a father, but if their sperm count or quality is less then it becomes difficult to impregnate their wives. On being childless, the couple starts getting social taunts and then may have to face embarrassment and low confidence. India's famous nutrition expert Nikhil Vats told what foods increase sperm count by eating them.

Eat these foods to increase sperm count
1. Oysters

Oysters are known as an aphrodisiac food. It contains more zinc than any other food, eating foods rich in this nutrient increases sperm count, semen volume and sperm motility, and male fertility. If you do not like to eat oysters, you can also eat poultry, dairy, nuts, eggs, whole grains, and beans to get zinc.

2. Seeds
Pumpkin seeds contain a high amount of zinc and omega-3 fatty acids, both of which may help improve sperm quality and thereby increase male fertility. All for omega-3 fatty acids can also include flaxseeds, chia seeds, and sunflower seeds, which contain vitamin E and other antioxidants that may help improve sperm count and movement.

3. Pomegranate Juice
Pomegranate is also included in the list of foods rich in antioxidants. You must get pomegranate juice to improve male fertility. Pomegranate juice helps in increasing the quality of sperm.

4. Fatty Fish
Omega-3 fatty acids are found in good quantity in the sperm of men whose fertility is better. To get this nutrient, you can consume many types of fatty fish, including salmon, herring, sardines, and anchovies.
