Makhana Namkeen: Small hunger pangs in the evening are such when you feel like eating something light and spicy. Makhana Namkeen is a great option for this, which is very easy to make and you can store it in an airtight container for at least 10 days.

Material :
-100 grams Makhana

-1 cup peanuts

-1 cup almonds

-1 cup cashews

-1/2 cup watermelon seeds

-1 cup raisins

1 cup coconut pieces (thinly sliced lengthwise)

-7-8 curry leaves

-3 green chilies

-1 tsp black pepper

Rock salt as per taste

-2 tbsp powdered sugar

-1/2 tsp red chili

-1 tsp roasted cumin

-3 tbsp desi ghee

Method :
1. First of all, put one tablespoon of desi ghee in a pan. Roast the peanuts on low flame till they become crispy and take them out in a vessel.

2. Roast almonds in the same pan, then roast cashews and melon seeds one by one and take them out.

3. After this, fry the raisins for a few seconds.

4. Roast the coconut pieces and take them out in a bowl.

5. Add some more ghee to the pan, add green chilies, and curry leaves, and fry for a few seconds after some time add makhana and fry till it becomes crispy.

6. Add a spoonful more ghee if needed. After roasting the makhana, put all the dry fruits in it.

7. Now add red chili, rock salt, black pepper, and roasted cumin to it and mix everything. Switch off the gas and enjoy the namkeen after it cools down.
