Ingredients of Makhana Dosa
4 servings
1 cup roasted makhana
1/2 cup pressed rice
1/2 tsp fruit salt
1 cup semolina
1/2 cup thick sour curd
salt as needed
How to make makhana dosa
In a bowl add makhana, rava, poha, curd, 1 cup water and salt as per taste. Give a good mix. Leave it on for 10-12 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a blender along with 1/2 cup water. Blend until it forms a smooth batter.
Take out the batter in a bowl and stir continuously to make the batter puffy. Add eno and mix again.
Heat a non-stick griddle and grease it with oil. Pour 2 spoons of batter on the griddle and spread it in a circular motion. Cook from one side and then turn over to the other side.
