This easy-to-make chaat recipe is great for those days when you are on the go. If you are fasting during Navratri, then this recipe is going to be very useful for you. This chaat can be a quick and tasty snack. Enriched with the goodness of fibre and minerals, Makhana is a satisfying treat.

To make this easy recipe, first heat a pan and add ghee to it. Once the ghee is hot enough, add the lotus seeds (makhana). Beat them well until their colour turns brown. Meanwhile, take all the vegetables and wash them thoroughly. Cut them and chop them well. Collect all the ingredients in a bowl.

After this, take a bowl and add lemon juice, red chilli, rock salt and other ingredients to it. Mix everything well and add the tossed makhana with fresh coriander, green chillies and salt. Enjoy garnished with peanuts.
