How to make poha pakodas

Batter
To make this, put the poho in water and keep it. Now take gram flour in a big vessel and prepare a thick batter by adding little water. Keep the batter the same as the batter for making normal pakodas. Mix it and beat it well. Then add all the spices coriander powder, red chili powder, green chili, salt to it. Then add green coriander also. Mix all the ingredients well. By this time, the poha will also have puffed up and become ready. Drain the extra water from the poha and then add the soaked poha to the batter. Add peanuts to it. Add water if needed.

Frying
Heat the oil well in a pan. Then according to the capacity of the pan, put the pakodas for frying. Using a spoon or your hand, put the pakoras in the pan. Fry it on medium to high flame. Then flip the pakoras and fry them till they turn golden in color. Then take them out on paper. In the same manner, make all the battered pakodas. Now sprinkle some chaat masala on the hot pakoras and serve with green chutney or sauce.
