Donating and eating sesame and jaggery on this day is considered very auspicious. A few months before this festival, sesame laddoos, gajak, sesame strips, etc. start appearing in the market. 1. Sesame pudding
Ingredients:
1 cup white sesame seeds, 4-5 cups milk, 1 cup sugar, chopped almonds and cashews, 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

First of all, take white sesame and clean it.
After this, put sesame seeds in a pan and fry for some time.
Now pour milk into another vessel, and keep it on medium flame to heat.
Grind the roasted sesame seeds coarsely.
Now mix it in milk, and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
Garnish the kheer with dry fruits.
2. Sesame Mawa Roll
Ingredients:
One cup mawa, 2 cups sesame seeds, one cup jaggery, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1 tsp cardamom powder

Roast sesame in a pan, when it cools down, grind it finely.
Now prepare syrup from jaggery.
Mix sesame, khova, and cardamom powder well in this syrup.
Now put it on a plate and cut it into the desired shape.
3. Rice-jaggery laddoos
Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour, 1 cup jaggery, 1 cup sesame seeds, 1 cardamom powder, 2-3 tbsp ghee

First heat the pan, put rice flour in it, and fry it.
When the color of the rice starts changing, turn off the gas.
After this, prepare jaggery syrup.
Now mix it in rice flour, also add cardamom powder.
Mix it well, and now make laddoos from it.
