Makar Sankranti 2023: On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, along with making sesame and jaggery sweets, make Tasty and Healthy Oats Halwa in the desert. Learn its quick and easy recipe.

Ingredients:
- Quaker Oats - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Sugar/Jaggery - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
- Almonds and cashews - as desired
Method :
- Lightly roast the oats for 4 to 5 minutes and grind them in a mixer.
- Add two spoons of ghee to the pan and fry almonds and cashews in it. Take it out on a plate.
- After this, add the oats powder made in this ghee and roast it.
- Now it's time to add milk to it. After adding milk, cook the pudding while stirring it continuously, it will start getting thick.
- After this add sugar or jaggery which you want to mix. When the thick texture comes, we will add the remaining ghee to it.
- When the halwa starts leaving the sides of the pan, then understand that it is completely ready. Add cardamom powder and fried dry fruits on top.
- Oats Halwa is ready to serve.
