Ingredients:

  • Potato - 500 grams,
  • Carrot - 150 grams,
  • Brinjal - 200 grams,
  • Green peas - 150 grams,
  • Papdi - 150 grams,
  • Green gram - 150 grams,
  • White sesame - 10 grams,
  • Drumstick - 250 grams,
  • Onion - 150 grams,
  • Ginger - 100 grams,
  • Garlic - 100 grams,
  • Tomato - 250 grams,
  • Coconut - 100 grams,
  • Garam masala - 10 grams,
  • Turmeric powder - 10 grams,
  • Oil - 100 ml

Method :

  • Peel all the vegetables and cut them into cubes.
  • Boil all these vegetables lightly by adding water and a little salt in a saucepan. And keep it cool down.
  • Put oil in another saucepan and add onion, garlic, ginger, and tomato. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
  • After this add all the spices and cook for 5 more minutes. As soon as this happens, then add boiled vegetables to it.
  • Cook all the things on a medium flame for 15 more minutes.
  • Your bhogichi bhaji is ready to serve.
