Many students get disappointed due to not clearing the NEET exam and they do not understand in which field they should study in future. If you too have not been able to clear the NEET exam, then you do not need to be disheartened. We will tell you in which medical courses you can make your career.

Nursing

If your NEET is not cleared, then you can do B.Sc Nursing course. The duration of the B.Sc Nursing course is 4 years. Many universities offer a B.Sc Nursing degree by taking this exam. After completing this course, you can apply for the position of nurse in a hospital. There are many levels of courses available in nursing. Admission to the Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery ANM course can be taken after the 12th. The minimum qualification for General Nursing and Midwifery GNM has also been kept as a 12th pass.

BSc in Food Technology

BSc in Food Technology course is of 3 to 4 years and after doing this course you can apply for the post of Food Technologist or Human Nutritionist in different companies.

Bachelor of Pharmacy

You can also do a B Pharma course. In this, studies related to medicines are done. In this, the techniques of making medicines and their combination are taught. This course is for 4 years which you can do at private and government universities.

Bachelor of Occupational Therapy

The Bachelor of Occupational Therapy course is of 4 to 5 years duration. In this course, you also need to do an internship of 6 months. In the BOT course, students are exposed to Health Care Facility and Human Anatomy, and Human Physiology.

Apart from these courses, you can also make a career in the field of research. You can study for clinical researchers. One can learn on the job from various universities which provide research opportunities and can also work at Indian Council for Medical Research, CCMB, WHO etc. Apart from this, many institutes like AIIMS, PGI, and Tata Institute of Fundamental Research can also get PhD degrees in this field.
