Recently, Jaya Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan appeared as guests in the episode of Navya Naveli Nanda's ' What the Hell Navya' podcast. Here she discussed "Women and Failure". Many things came out in the answers to this question from which everyone should learn. On March 13, Navya shared a clip in which the trio talks about how they deal with failures and common sayings in the society where women are portrayed as the reason for success in men's lives.

i'm so hard on myself

Shweta started by saying, "I don't think the world is kind to people who fail at things. Navya asked her, do you get depressed if you fail at something... ?' Shweta told that she feels very hard on herself. This is a mentality that most of us suffer from.

Mother and daughter are completely different

Actress Jaya has a completely different opinion on the question. She says that whenever she fails, she immediately starts trying to do that work in a better way. Which is the perfect way to convert your failure into success. However, it is not within everyone's power to do this.

Women are not responsible for the failure of men

Navya further said, sometimes women are also blamed for the failure of men. In response to this, Shweta said, I think it is because of the saying that behind every successful man there is a woman. Why can't she stand by his side, she doesn't need to stay behind him. This is an issue on which everyone should think in today's time. Because by walking together, both men and women can progress together.
