Take a balanced diet

The reasons for premature greying of hair include improper diet. Nowadays people have started including more junk food in their diet, due to which the body does not get complete nutrition and iron, copper, magnesium and zinc are deficient in the body. Due to this, the hair starts turning white. Therefore, take a diet rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Include green leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds and protein-rich foods in the diet.

Do not use harsh chemicals on hair

Using dyes or other products containing chemicals on hair can also cause premature greying of hair. That's why do not use such things on hair. Whatever hair product you use, do a thorough test.

Do hair massage

Nowadays people are using different types of fancy products on the scalp and hair, but have completely forgotten Champi. The properties of hair champi have been described in Ayurveda. Massage the hair with oil on the scalp with light hands. This increases blood flow and hair growth.

Relieve chronic stress

Stress is one of the main reasons for the premature greying of hair. This can also cause the problem of skin pigmentation and there is also hormonal imbalance in the body. Take the help of yoga and meditation to relieve stress. Also, do the things in which you find happiness.

Biotin rich foods are necessary

To prevent hair fall and premature greying, include biotin-rich foods in the diet. Biotin is good for hair health. Take foods like eggs, avocado and sweet potato into the diet. It is high in biotin.
