LIC Policy Link With PAN: If you have also bought a policy from the Life Insurance Corporation of India, then important information has come out for you. LIC has issued a notification and informed that if the customers have not linked the PAN card with the LIC policy, then get it done soon, otherwise, problems related to the LIC policy may have to be faced.
Life Insurance Corporation of India has said that it is mandatory to add a LIC policy before 31 March 2023. LIC policyholders have to follow some steps to link the policy with a PAN card. Let us know how you can link your LIC policy with your Aadhaar.
The lic policy can be linked online
Customers have to visit the website of LIC India or they can visit linkspan.licindia.in/UIDSedingWebApp/getPolicyPANStatus. Here you can link your PAN card online and also check its status.
First search by typing linkpan.licindia.in/UIDSedingWebApp/getPolicyPANStatus and log in.
Now enter the policy number.
After this fill in the date of birth information.
Now enter the PAN card details. Then submit by filling in the captcha.
Now the link information from PAN LI will appear on your display.
What to do if pan card is not linked
If your PAN card is not linked to LIC, then you will have to go to 'click here to register your PAN with us'. A new page will open. You will have to fill in complete information on this page. To link your PAN with the LIC policy, log in to linkpan.licindia.in/UIDSedingWebApp/home.
After logging in, fill in the date of birth and PAN details.
Now select the Gender option.
Fill email ID, PAN details and full name based on the PAN card.
After this enter the mobile number, policy number and captcha code.
Now click on it and enter the OTP received on the mobile number.
After entering the OTP, your LIC will be linked to the PAN card.
