Many people avoid eating pakoras because they are drenched in excess oil. So there are many people who want to eat less oily pakoras. Here we are telling you how to make pakoras in less oil. This is a very easy method. Let me tell you-

To make less oily pakoras, first, prepare gram flour batter. Don't make it too thick and don't make it too thin. Add all necessary spices to it. Dip the vegetables in the batter and see if the gram sticks well or not. Add three to three drops of oil to it.

By mixing three to four drops of oil in the batter, the pakodas will not absorb more oil while frying. Keep in mind that the bottom of the pakoda frying pan should be thick. The amount of oil in the pan for frying the pakoras should not be too much or less.
