Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
