Apple vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is used to treat muscle stiffness and leg cramps. It has anti-inflammatory and alkalizing properties that relieve swelling and pain. Pour two cups of apple cider vinegar into a bathtub or bucket. Then add hot water to it. Now take a bath with that water for half an hour or keep the affected area immersed in it. Repeat this process once a day for a few days.

Clove oil
It is often recommended to apply clove oil to get relief from the problem of tooth decay, and pain. The nutrients present in clove oil also prove helpful in healing foot injuries. Massaging the sprained area with clove oil provides relief from swelling and pain. You can use clove oil twice a day to get relief from sprained feet.

Turmeric milk
Turmeric milk is very helpful in pulling any pain. If there is a problem with a sprain, definitely drink turmeric milk. It acts like a painkiller. Turmeric is full of not one but many properties. Rock salt
Rock salt and water are considered very beneficial in getting relief from the problem of sprain. Rock salt is made from magnesium sulfate. Magnesium helps you relax naturally. To get relief from the problem of sprain, take lukewarm water in a bucket and add half a teaspoon of rock salt to it. Put your feet in this water and sit for half an hour. Garlic
Sometimes with a sprain, we get a slight bruise or the affected area gets peeled off. For this, first, take five-six spoons of mustard oil in a bowl and grind 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 4-5 garlic buds in it. Now heat this mixture on low flame for some time. After that cool slightly and massage the sprain slowly with this oil. Both mustard and turmeric with anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties are helpful in healing swelling and injury quickly.

Onion
Due to the anti-inflammatory properties of onion, it is used for ankle sprains, numb fingers, and arthritis. Onion helps to relieve swelling and pain. First cut a big onion into small pieces. Now keep these pieces in a silk cloth and then tie that cloth tightly. Now keep that cloth on the sprained area for two hours. Repeat this process several times throughout the day to relieve symptoms.

Tamarind leaf
Tamarind leaves have anti-inflammatory and anti-septic properties which are beneficial in sprain pain. Make a paste by grinding tamarind leaves and adding lukewarm water to it. Applying this paste to the sprained area will provide relief.

Castor oil
Castor oil has many medicinal properties, which are effective in reducing bone pain. Massaging with castor oil for people with arthritis reduces swelling and spasms. Apart from this, castor oil can be used to cure sprain.
