We all know the value of bread in our diet. We may change our dish every day, but roti is always included. However, we replace roti with paratha, rice or naan for a day or two. But some people cannot function without eating bread.
Although making Rotis is not very difficult, many people complain that their rotis never become soft and even if they do become soft, they are not edible after a while. In such a situation, the question is what to do if the roti is left for the next day?

Roti Noodles Recipe
Ingredients-
- 6- Chapati (cut into thin strips)
- 1 big onion finely chopped
- 1- Carrot finely chopped
- 2- Green chilli
- 1 tbsp - soy sauce
- 1 tbsp - Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp - Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp- turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
- 1 tsp - oil
- Coriander leaves - for garnish
- to taste - salt
How to make
- First of all, heat oil in a pan, then add onions and green chillies and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add carrots to it and cook them till they are half cooked. This takes 3-4 minutes.
- Now add tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes. Then add all the spices and mix well.
- Now put the chopped chapati in it. Then don't let it stay in the pan for a long time as this will make the chapati soft and not taste good.
- Just mix it well for 1 minute. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Roti Fry Recipe
Ingredients required-
- 1 to 2 - stale bread
- 1 tsp - black salt
- 5 tbsp - Oil (for frying roti)
How to make -
- Many people also call roti fry roti papad, which we can prepare very easily.
- You don't have to do much for this. Just wet the roti and heat it by adding 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil in a nonstick pan.
- When the oil becomes hot, add the roti and fry it. Keep in mind that the roti should not burn, but it should be as crispy as a papad.
- When the roti is fried, take it out in a bowl and cut it into pieces and add salt and serve hot.
Bread Pizza
Ingredients required-
- 7-8 Chapati
- 200 grams - Mozzarella cheese (grated)
- Pizza sauce - 7-8 tbsp
- 3 medium size - onions (chopped)
- 1 big capsicum
- 2- Tomato
- Half a cup- of corn (boiled)
- to taste - salt
- 1 tsp - black pepper
- Chaat masala - as per taste
- 1 tsp - Oregano
- Parsley - a small spoon
How to make-
- To make roti pizza, first, you have to set the oven to 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Then wash all the vegetables for the pizza and chop them finely and prepare all the spices.
- When all the vegetables are chopped, add salt, black pepper, argan, parsley and chaat masala in another bowl.
- Now put the cheese on the roti and keep it on the pizza pan so that if you want you can also apply tomato sauce to it.
- Now add vegetables and spread a layer of mozzarella cheese on top. Bake it for about 7-8 minutes.
- Your roti pizza is ready. You serve it hot. You can use two pieces of bread together to make pizza more delicious.
