Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach,
- 3 boiled potatoes,
- 1 cup roasted gram flour,
- 2 finely chopped green chilies,
- 1 tsp finely chopped ginger,
- 1 tsp chaat masala,
- 1/4 tsp garam masala,
- 2 tbsp oil,
- salt as per taste
Method :
- Put Nimona's vegetables in the pan and dry them. After that, flip it over in a bowl. Now add gram flour, ginger, green chilies, mashed potatoes, chaat masala, garam masala, and salt and knead it.
- If the mixture is wet, then add some quantity of gram flour to it.
- Now give it the shape of a tikki and shallow fry it from both sides on a nonstick pan. Spread absorbent paper on a plate and take out the kebabs on it.
- Serve the tikkis on hot lemons with chutney or ketchup.

Add salt carefully. Add cottage cheese to this dish. This will make the tikkis softer.
