Ingredients of Lauki Idli

1 cup semolina
1 cup grated bottle gourd
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1 red chili
1 sprig of curry leaves
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1 tsp salt

How to make bottle gourd idli

Heat oil in a pan, fry mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, and red chilies, then add semolina and fry it for 5 minutes.
Now take these things out on a plate and keep them to cool down.
After this add water and curd to the roasted semolina. Mix it well and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Now add grated gourd and chopped coriander to the semolina, add salt, and mix well.
Pour the batter into the idli molds and steam for 15 minutes.
Bottle Gourd Idli is ready!
