Ingredients to make Lauki Dosa
Bottle gourd: 1 medium size, peeled and grated
Rice flour: 1 cup
Semolina: 1/4 cup
Curd: 1/2 cup

Green chilli: 1 finely chopped
Green Coriander: 2 tbsp chopped
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder: 1/4 tsp
Salt: as per taste
Oil: for making dosa
Water: As per need

Method
First of all, peel the bottle gourd and grate it. If there is too much water in the bottle gourd, then press it a little and remove the water. Now in a big bowl, mix grated bottle gourd, rice flour, semolina, curd, green chili, green coriander, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt and mix well.

After this, prepare this batter by adding water little by little. Leave the batter to rest for 15-20 minutes. After this, heat a nonstick dosa pan on medium flame and apply oil little by little.

Now make dosa from this batter on the pan. When it becomes golden and crisp, turn it and cook it from the other side.

When it becomes properly golden, take it out from the dosa. Now take it out on a serving plate and serve with tomato chutney or coconut chutney.
