How to make Lachha Paratha
If you want to make Lachha Paratha which enhances the taste of lunch or dinner, then first of all add wheat flour and maida in a mixing bowl and mix. Now put a pinch of salt in the flour. After this knead the dough by adding a little milk to the flour. Keep in mind that the dough for Lachha Paratha has to be soft-kneaded. After the dough is ready, cover it with a cotton cloth and keep it aside for 20 minutes, so that the dough can set.
Now heat a nonstick griddle on the gas. While the griddle is heating up, in the meantime, roll out the prepared dough like a jalebi like a round paratha. After this put it on a hot griddle and roast it. Flip the paratha after some time and cook it from the other side. Pour oil on the edge of the paratha and apply oil on the upper surface as well. After this flip the paratha. Bake the Lachha Paratha until it turns golden brown from both sides. After this take it off in a plate.
Finally, take a paratha place it between your palms, and mash it. Due to this, all the layers made inside the paratha will be visible separately. Similarly, prepare Lachha Paratha from all the balls. Now serve Tasty Lachha Paratha with lunch or dinner.
