To make this easy recipe, first, roast the buckwheat flour in a pan on medium heat and take it out on a plate.
Add water chestnut flour in the same pan and fry till it turns golden. Cancel. After this add ghee to the pan and add nuts and dry fruits and keep aside. Add more ghee. Slowly add dry roasted flour and keep stirring.
Make sure no lumps are formed. Keep cooking it till it turns brown and looks cooked. Finally, add milk and keep stirring. Adjust the consistency according to taste and preference. Add dry fruits and nuts. serve hot.
