Coriander Panjiri is very easy to make. To make this, first of all, take a heavy-bottomed pan and heat desi ghee in it. The taste of Panjiri increases manifold with desi ghee made from cow's milk. After heating the ghee, add coriander powder to it and fry it well.
If you want, you can first roast coriander and then make its powder. After preparing coriander powder, cut the makhana into pieces and fry them in a separate pan. After roasting the makhanas, cool them and grind them too. After this, either grate cashews and almonds or cut them into small pieces.
Now mix roasted coriander, ground makhana, grated coconut, and powdered sugar properly. After mixing it well, add prepared dry fruits to it. Your Dhaniya Panjiri is ready. Put basil leaves in it and offer Laddu to Gopal after birth.
