The best thing about India is that everyone here gets equal rights. Be it through any scheme or any rule etc. For example, take voting only. Which religion do you belong to, which caste do you belong to, are you rich or poor, etc.? These things have no impact on the right to vote. If you are an Indian and your age is 18 years or older, then the Constitution of the country gives you the right to vote, but perhaps you may not know that many people in India cannot vote and these are us. No, but it is according to the Constitution of India. So let us know who these people are and why they cannot vote. You can learn about this in the next slides...
See the list here:-

Number 3
You are a citizen of India and also 18 years of age or older. But if your name is not on the voting list, then in such a situation you do not have the right to vote.
Number 4
If you have been jailed for any crime and are in jail, you cannot vote. Even if you are an undertrial prisoner. However, on the other hand, some prisoners are allowed to vote and those prisoners who are on parole can vote.
