Boiled potatoes will come in handy
If you are making curry vegetables and there is too much oil in it, then do not worry, but quickly add some boiled potatoes to curry vegetables. Now leave these boiled potatoes in the vegetable for five minutes and cover the vegetable and cook it. You will see that the extra oil of the vegetable has been absorbed by the boiled potatoes in no time. Also, all the oil spices have also been cured.

Tomato Puree
If a guest is going to come to your house, then if you feel more oil and spices in the vegetable, then first of all separate the oil from the upper layer of the vegetable. Then add tomato puree to it. This will reduce the oil of the vegetable and also increase the taste. If there is more oil and spices in the dry vegetable, then squeeze the vegetable in the pan and separate it from the oil. Now cook tomato puree in the remaining oil in the pan. If bread is left in your house, do not throw it away because it is of great use. If there is excess oil in the curry vegetable, dry roasted bread crumbs can be added to it. If there is excess oil, the bread absorbs it and keeps the taste equal.
