Material-

Whole Urad Dal - 1 cup
Rajma - 1/4 cup
Onion - 2 medium, finely chopped
Tomato - 3 small, finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Amul - 2 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Coriander leaves - for garnishing

Method-
Wash whole urad dal and boil it well. This dal boils very fast.
Heat ghee in a large pan. Rice grains reduce the price of Dal Makhani.
Fry the onion in hot ghee till it turns golden.
Now add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Mix all the spices well.
Now add finely chopped tomatoes to it and mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for a few minutes. To save time, tomato puree can be used instead of tomatoes.
Now add boiled urad dal and rajma to it. Mix well so that the taste of lentils comes into the vegetable.
Now add fenugreek leaves to it and mix well.
Cook on low heat and keep covered for more than half an hour. If it takes more time to mold this dal makhani, then you can add lemon juice to it.
Now add butter and ghee to it. Mix all these ingredients and bang for 5 minutes. A big spoonful of ghee can change the taste of dal makhani.


Now your Dal Makhani is ready. Serve it hot and eat it with curd, rice, and naan. Garnish with coriander leaves.
