Ingredients:

  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup capsicum
  • two onions
  • half a cabbage
  • a spoonful of coriander
  • half a teaspoon of black pepper powder
  • a cup of sour cream
  • four bread slices
  • salt to taste

Method :

  • Grate most of the carrots and chop all the other vegetables finely.
  • Now mix all the vegetables in a bowl.
  • After this, add one cup of cream, black pepper, and salt to it and mix it well.
  • Now take two bread slices and spread the prepared mixture on them.
  • After this, press it well by putting another bread slide on top of it.
  • Now cut it into a triangle shape and serve with sauce.
