Strawberries – 15-20
Cinnamon - 2
Jaggery - as per taste
Chia seeds - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp

1. First of all wash and clean the strawberries thoroughly.

3. Now place a pan on the gas add strawberries to it and cook on low flame.

4. Blend the strawberries until they are smashed and a paste is formed.

5. Then add a piece of cinnamon. After adding cinnamon, grind jaggery in it.

6. Mix both the ingredients and then add chia seeds and lemon juice.

7. Lemon juice will act as a preservative. Turn off the gas when the mixture thickens.
