Be careful even after completing the fast
Even after completing the fast, do not indulge in eating too much and do not eat too much fried or spicy outside food. Try to drink a glass of water first after completing the fast. After some time, break the fast by eating simple food. Eating too much-fried food at this time can cause acidity and other problems.
